Eric Owens

Eric Owens is a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager with over 18 years of expertise in directing and managing large-scale enterprise projects. He is proficient in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and has specialized knowledge in SAP Platform, ITIL, SDLC, and PMO standards. Eric has successfully managed complex initiatives across diverse industries including finance, health, insurance, banking, and smart technology. His experience in enterprise-wide applications and risk management has made him a trusted leader in the field.

In addition to his IT project management career, Eric serves as the Executive Director of Body Basics Wellness Center, where he is responsible for the spa’s strategic vision, growth, financial management, and staff development. Under his leadership, the wellness center has expanded, securing a second location that will open in 2024. Eric is deeply committed to business development, operational excellence, and ensuring that the spa delivers exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Eric holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and certifications in PMP and ITIL. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including Al Mahdi Shriners, Temple No. 19; Grand Master of The Order of the Temple of Solomon; Rameses II Masonic Lodge #9 AF&AM; and Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Inc., where he serves as the President of The Northern Maryland Graduate Chapter. His leadership and affiliations reflect his commitment to service, integrity, and community.
